Office Policies:
I reserve your time slot for you so if you have to miss a scheduled appointment I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice so that if I need to fill that space I can. If you cancel after 24 hours I will need to charge you your regular fee.
Note: I do not take insurance, but would be happy to provide you with a "superbill" that you can send to your insurance company so the you can get reimbursed (if you have out of network benefits). Also, in some situations you can ask for a single case agreement if you are having difficulty finding a therapist who has specialized experience with eating disorders. Many times they will make a single contract with a provider who has the skills to work with you or your loved one
